Growing up in the Washington DC suburbs has been interesting. My family has always been involved in theater. For years I worked on community theater, both on and back stage. I spent my early years working in the family business, commercial and film lighting. I designed studios, spent time as a dolly grip, Tyler Mount installer, even got some time working as a focus puller when needed.
The name Drob comes from my time working at Digex, Inc in the 90’s. I was hired and placed into a cube area that had a number of other David’s, so I was told I needed a nickname, so Drob was created.
